MOQ: One (1) palette, whether bottled or bulk (although for international orders, container loads make more economic sense).

BULK orders - the minimum order is 1,000L pallet (~915Kg), and we can deliver volume quantity, including 20ft & 40ft Containers, tanker trucks (primarily within EU) and flexi tanks (20,000L-24,000L in a 20ft container. Kindly note, the cost of the IBC and flexi tank are the responsibility of the buyer. For large quantities, flexi tank is the most economical way to purchase olive oil in volume (see Bulk tab).

BULK orders are 100% advance payment against Pro Forma Invoice.

BOTTLED orders only, and within the EU, we accept minimum 50% Wire against Pro Forma invoice to prepare the order, and the balance before loading for shipping. Payment must be completed in full before the order is sent to your designated shipper. If the balance is not paid when the order is ready to be sent to the shipper, storage & warehouse fees will be added to the balance.

International orders (outside of the EU), bottled or bulk, are 100% advance payment against Pro Forma Invoice. A commercial invoice together with the shipping documents and COA are included when the order is shipped to your designated shipping agent in either the Port of Piraeus or Thessaloniki.

Our company therefore currently only accepts Wire Transfers to our Company Account. Thank you for your understanding.
For example, if your business is in the EU and you need a pallet of 500ml bottles (any quantity & size) we can deliver, however, if you live in a country outside the EU, it makes more economic sense to order a 20-foot container (11 EU pallets) or 40-foot container (23-24 EU pallets) to meet your needs --
But we are flexible and can service your requirements whatever they may be - you require a pallet or more, our very fine company will send it out to you (after payment of course).
